Introducing Trackback: a mechanism for notifying other blogs when you have linked to or cited an article from their site. In this article, Gerard looks at trackback as an alternative to blog comments that allows you to write unique content for your website while properly attributing the sources you have used.

ICT Consortium NI Web Accessibility Workshop, Belfast

I attended a Web Accessibility Workshop in Belfast today which was run by the ICT Consortium and hosted by NICVA. As a designer, I was interested to find out more about creating accessible websites and keen to see a demonstration of assistive technologies, such as screen readers. The Keynote speaker at the event was Jon Gooday from AbilityNet.
